ESTIMATES, ORDERS, AND SERVICES

Website content and quote requests are for general informational purposes and do not create a binding contract. Prices, specifications, production schedules, installation requirements, and other project terms are subject to a written estimate, order, invoice, or agreement issued or approved by FL Graphix. Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and timely approvals.

ARTWORK AND CUSTOMER MATERIALS

You represent that you have the legal right to use any names, logos, photographs, designs, trademarks, text, or other materials you provide to FL Graphix. You authorize us to use those materials as necessary to quote, design, manufacture, install, service, or deliver your project. You are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, measurements, colors, layout, and other proof details before production.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, graphics, photographs, designs, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to FL Graphix and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission.

SMS/MMS TERMS

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from FL Graphix concerning quotes, projects, orders, appointments, installations, service updates, customer support, and, where separately authorized, promotional information.
